Legislative Issues
This year once again we all try to get a bill passed to punish those who kill our loved one while riding Motorcycles.
Senate Bill 968 Sponsored by Senator Garcia
House Bill 1161 Sponsored by Represenative Evers
We need "EVERYONE" to step up to the plate and write you local legislative and to show support for our cause. We need those who kill our loved one to be punished.
* Mandatory Citation Given
* Mandatory Community Service (no less than 100 hours)
* Mandatory License Revoked (1 Year if not more)
* Mandatory Driver Improvement School
* Mandatory Family notified so they have the opportunity to appear in Court
* And possibly Jail time if they have done this before!
We know that most don't intend to kill but then they should have been paying attention behind the wheel of the vehicle!
